Our law firm is composed of attorneys David K. Pinckney and John J. Pinckney. As brothers, we attended graduate school together and now work together as a small general practice law firm focusing on Bankruptcy, Heirs’ Property and Tax Resolution matters.

Our Pinckney Family has lived here in South Carolina for generations, and we really care about the members of this community. Our law firm assists South Carolinians, both individual and business clients, from the Upstate to the Lowcountry, with debt relief in the United States Bankruptcy Court and tax resolution in the United States Tax Court.
